Exercise Right Class
Is designed for any one looking to improve their strength, fitness and stamina.
Run in small groups of no more than 4 people, this allows our Exercise Physiologist to tailor the class to your individual needs. Exercise programs are created specifically for you to ensure you feel confident and comfortable the entire time. Perfect for someone returning to exercise after an injury or for anyone who wants that extra push.
Metabolic Buster Class
Is designed for anyone who requires monitoring during their exercise (Diabetics, Cardiac issues, Blood pressure issues etc). Classes consist of 45-50 minutes of a combination of exercises with pre and post vital checks & monitoring to ensure safe levels of exercise. It focuses on improving blood glucose levels, insulin sensitivity and increasing physical activity levels to improve health and reducing the risk of complications. Exercise programs are tailored to you, to ensure that you are meeting your own personal and health goals. It is a fun and social class with people who share a common condition.
NEW Stay Active Circuit Classes
These classes are designed for those that can self-manage their exercise. Run in a circuit style, there are set stations you move through with the guidance of the Exercise Physiologist. With up to 8 people in a class this setup is designed for those that don’t need the one on one attention. It is the perfect class to maintain or improve your fitness levels, and is suitable for all levels.
What is an Exercise Physiologist?
An Exercise Physiologist is an allied health professional with experience in creating tailored exercise programs for people with chronic or complex conditions and is based on the latest research.
Our Exercise Physiologist Elly, has a strong belief in exercise as medicine with research continuously providing evidence that exercise has such a positive impact on the health of individuals across a wide range of conditions. Sessions with an exercise physiologist focus on optimising health through education, combination of exercises and advice on preventing, managing and treating their health.
What conditions do Exercise physiologists treat?

What do I need to bring with me?
Ensure you wear clothes that you can comfortably exercise (avoid jeans, skirts or dresses) in and a water bottle.
If you are an asthmatic and use Ventolin, please bring it to your session as you will not be able to exercise without it.
If you have angina or use GTN spray (Nitrolingual pump spray) for another reason, please bring this to your session as you will not be able to exercise without it.
