What to Expect in Your Clinical Pilates Sessions?
At Head 2 Toe Solutions, your Clinical Pilates journey starts with a 1:1 Initial Assessment with a physiotherapist to evaluate your posture, movement, and muscle activation patterns. From there, weโll develop a tailored exercise program to help you build strength, mobility, and control. Many clients continue on with the individual sessions, however we do recommend progressing to our group sessions.
๐น One-on-One Sessions โ Personalized training designed for your specific rehabilitation or performance goals.
๐น Small Group Classes (Up to 4 People) โ Supervised sessions ensuring individualized guidance and progression.
๐น Pilates Reformer & Mat-Based Exercises โ A combination of core strengthening, flexibility, and movement control exercises.
๐น Progressive Load & Resistance Training โ Gradual increases in difficulty to safely challenge strength and endurance.
In Small Group class you may complete the same exercises sometimes and completely different exercises other times, during the class. This is because the classes are tailored to what you need and while we can all benefit from similar exercises, sometimes limitations may mean you’ll be given an alternative exercise to complete.
By keeping the classes small it ensures Laura is able to work on your exercise goals and keep you on track.
